Zoha Foundation was founded on the 2nd of September 2010 with a small group of individuals who were looking to make a difference. Since then we have come a long way in our quest for betterment. The Foundation aims to educate the public and create awareness about health care, disabilities and education; to empower and support workers and artisans in the cottage industry towards sustainable sources of income while being recognized worldwide for their skills and to stand with the poor and powerless and against injustice and abuse of power.
Our Foundation aims for both direct impact as well as being a catalyst for better policy making, ensuring large scale benefits for society. Our foundation will also focus on the introduction of technology to workers and students preparing them for modern economy while instilling a sense of responsibility and giving back.

Join the community to give education for children

Amongst our successful projects we have provided capital funding to numerous individuals to enable them to setup businesses and become self-reliant, provided educational loans to students and provided them with laptops and monthly stipends to enable them to pursue education and the best institutes, helped the flood victims of the devastating 2010 floods get back on their feet by providing them with shelter and general use food and household items, we have provided people with disabilities special motorbikes to make them independent and to help raise their morale. We have donated computers to institutions in low income areas so that the children can get in touch with latest technology .

We have also been actively involved in the revival of the arts and crafts industry of Pakistan with art exhibitions and donation of machines and tools needed to make handicrafts. Our long term objectives include the plans for building a women’s development center where women will be taught ways to make a living and their children will be imparted with quality education while their mothers work.
